What is NC-LIVE @ Home?
NC-LIVE @ Home is remote access to all NC-LIVE resources by an authorized
user from a location other than the Wingate University Campus or from dialing
into the Wingate University Network. Remote access is available by
an assigned password.
Who is Authorized to use NC-LIVE Remotely?
Authorized users are the faculty, staff, and students of Wingate University.
Sharing the authorizing ID and password with persons other than those
mentioned above will result in termination of all network privileges and
will be considered an honor code violation.
So How Do I get the ID and Password?
NC-LIVE has authorized the E.K. Smith library to distribute ID and password
to Wingate University students, faculty, and staff. If you know your
Wingate Campus userid and password (not your e-mail or IRISLink accounts)
you can find the information at on the campus
intranet [log-in
hints ]. If you are unable to access the campus intranet,
you can still receive the ID and password, by submiting the form below.
You will receive the password and ID via e-mail.
How Long will the Password and ID Last?
This particular Password will expire on August 21, 2007. Passwords
will change every three to six months.
