August Hours

The Library will revert to its off-session hours beginning Saturday, August 4th and running through Sunday, August 26th.  Those hours of operation will be as follows:

  • Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

On Monday, August 27th, the Library will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Starting on Tuesday, August 28th, the Library will resume its normal hours of operation, which are as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Summer Session II ends on Friday, August 3rd.

Damage from the recent storm has been sufficiently cleared that the Library will resume its between session hours on Thursday, July 5th.  Those hours would be,

  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

The library will begin Summer Session II hours on Monday, July 9th.

Library Closed

Due to Storm damage at the Wingate Campus, the Ethel K. Smith Library will be closed beginning on Monday, July 2nd.  The Library will remained closed until further notice.  There has been some damage to the Library’s server room.  We will attempt to keep the Library’s Website , Online Catalog, and other online services running throughout this time.
