The Ethel K. Smith Library is happy to announce that it will be offering 318 MyiLibrary eBooks made available through NCLive with a Library Services and Technology Act grant from the State Library of North Carolina.
The new eBooks, with subjects focusing primarily on classic literature, history, biography, language learning, health, and medicine, are available to library patrons both from the Wingate Campus, and remotely via any Internet connection. Checkout the new myLibrary offerings from Databases, Articles, etc. link of the Library homepage.
NCLive, North Carolina’s statewide online library, purchased the eBooks through Ingram Digital and will make the books available through their MyiLibrary® platform. MyiLibrary® is the Ingram Content Group’s industry-leading e-content aggregation platform for public, academic and professional libraries around the world.
Readers can view the books online without downloading any material and no proprietary eBook reader is needed to view the books.
