The Ethel K. Smith Library announces the JSTOR Arts & Sciences I Collection is now available from the All Databases page.
In 2010 JSTOR expanded its vast collection of archival content to include the most recent issues of academic journals. Through the aptly named Current Scholarship Program, publishers may distribute current scholarship and increase visibility; scholars may access the full runs–archival and current issues–of academic journals on an integrated, powerful, convenient, digital platform.
About the Current Scholarship Program, JSTOR writes “It was a direct response to the needs of the communities we serve, and supports our mission to advance fair and sustainable models that promote the widest possible disseminations of scholarly research and preserve publishing diversity.”
JSTOR Arts & Sciences I Collection is a collection of primary sources which represents a range of disciplines published in the highest-quality academic journals including the humanities, social sciences, and sciences. This collection is accessible in full-text to Wingate University users. For help navigating the content, please contact the Reference Desk at (704) 233-8097.
